Yield: 1 serving
- ½ cup dry oats (cooked)
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- 1 tsp sugar
Method
- Toss cooked oats with peanut butter, strawberries and sugar.

Method
In a large bowl, cream together with Crunchy peanut butter and sugar to a mixer. Add eggs, lemon extract and bananas. Mix well. Sift together flours, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to banana mixture. Fold in peanuts. Pour into a greased 8 1/2-inch by 4 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until done.
