We will ensure compliance with all relevant food safety programs & legislation's.
We are focused on stringent Quality control and continuous implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) which cover all aspects of manufacturing, including standard operation procedures, people management and training, equipment maintenance and handling of materials and Food Safety that is regulated by ISO 22000:2005, BRC, HALAL, FDA, and FSSAI.
We apply internationally recognised HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) System to ensure food Safety, It covers the entire food production process from raw materials to final product. Our HACCP plans and systems are verified by external certification bodies against the omtermatopma; ISO 22000:2005 standard.
Our in house laboratory is equipped with latest technology equipment for testing of Aflatoxin, Protein, Fat, Acid Value of extracted fat, moisture 3 and various other parameters for every batch testing. Continuous R&D is carried out at our In-House Laboratory to improve the quality.
