Shipping & Return Policy
Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. Situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time which shall be intimated to the customer. Once the order is shipped we inform customer with the tracking details.
Deliveries are done PAN India basis which may take 3 - 6 working days & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events.
All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging is charged extra. In the case where shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.
Packaging & Handling Charges:
We Procure specialise secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (Tampered proof bags, Corrugated Boxes, etc), which are given to merchants to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this especially for your shipment, we charge a very nominal amount of Rs.20 per 500 gms, The prices are already included in the price of the product.
Return and Cancellation Policy:
We at Sonya Foods believe in providing quality products at an affordable rate.
Sonya Foods is not providing return shipment take away from home option, so customers have to send the product to our registered address Sonya Foods Pvt Ltd, 711 Anil Road, Nr. Anil Starch Mill, Ahmedabad 380025, Gujarat through courier.
In Return policy customers have to return the product within 10 days of receiving the product. Customers have to provide us with their account details on email@example.com with subject line Return Shipment & if every parameters are fine then we will credit your account in next 15 days. Product has to be returned with its original Packaging, Invoice and online receipt on it.
For returned goods, customers are strictly requested NOT to open or use the product. Our QC team will make a complete test on the returned product and check all parameters. If seal is broken, products are opened, used or any parameter is violated then return or exchange will not be done. If the returned product fails the QC test then only customer will get the refund or exchange as requested.
